As part of the newly opened Chase Lounge at the US Open, a new Pro Shop was designed to evoke the heritage of classic tennis clubs. Nearby, the Chase Camera Signature Experience allowed fans to step into a simulated arena, walk up to the lens, and sign it like a champion. Branded video content was delivered via text, encouraging guests to share their personalized moment across social platforms.
